The Divine Trust

Ministry of the New Moors

This Divine Trust is for the purpose of uplifting fallen humanity beginning with our people of Moor descent. Thus we may save civilization and evolve a New Civilization based on the Five Principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, and fulfill the prophecy of Noble Drew Ali regarding the New Moors.

Any descendant of the Moors may become a member of The Divine Trust Ministry of the New Moors. All members will be both a beneficiary and a trustee of The Divine Trust.

We define Moor, Moorish and our Nationality thus:

Moor A descendant of the first and original human inhabitants of planet earth who were of dark olive complexion, and who founded the first civilizations of the planet earth. The last great civilization founded by our ancestors was the great Moorish / Islamic Civilization.

Moorish to do, behave or live in the fashion, or way of the Moors.

Our Nationality our nationality was Moorish and is currently Moorish American, and / or Moorish ____________ (whatever national name is put in the blank)

Five (1) Basic Tenets

We are currently coming into the Age of Immanuel or the age of God in Man. This is the age when man will come into his full Godhood and Sovereignty. In previous ages you had a small group of Sovereigns while the mass of man were subjects or subject to these Sovereigns. That was good then, but we are coming into a new age now. The spirit that is evolving from the DNA of man no longer will allow a man to subject himself or herself to another man or woman. Thus, this new age, this Age of Immanuel is an age where we must create a new civilization, a civilization made up of all Sovereigns and no subjects.

12. We measure time by cycle ages, and the gate to every age we deem a mile stone in the journey of the race.

13. An age has passed; the gate unto another age flies open at the touch of time. This is the preparation age of soul, the kingdom of Immanuel, of Allah in man. [Holy Koran, Chap. II]

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” –which means, “God with us.” (Mat.1:22-23). Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel (God with Us). (Is.7:14). For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Is.9:6). Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. (Is.9:7).

This Divine Trust is the seed and soil of this new Age of Immanuel and will weave a new garment or pattern of civilization for man. The only way you can have a society of all Sovereigns is if that civilization is based on “Trust”, and the principles of trust (trust res, trustee and beneficiary). Thus we as free born natural Sovereigns have formed this Divine Trust.

In harmony with this new Age of Immanuel, below are the Five (5) Basic Tenets of this Divine Trust:

1) Each man and woman is a Sovereign and therefore God in this Divine Age of Immanuel.

2) The Divine Trust is an unincorporated Divine organization based on the Divine principles of the Trust as founded by our ancestors (Waqf, Amanah).

3) Every member is a part and parcel of this Divine Body, and as such, are both a trustee and beneficiary of this it’s trust in accordance with the trust instrument.

4) We recognize and give honor to Prophet Noble Drew Ali and all true and Divine Prophets.

5) Each member of this Divine Body is free, as a Sovereign, to live their spirituality and worship under their own “vine and fig tree” in accord with our Five (5) Principles. We will judge this “vine and fig tree” based on the fruits that is bears. In other words, if whatever you do for your spirituality and worship causes you to exhibit and practice with your fellow brother and sister the Five (5) Principles , then that must be a good “vine and fig tree” because it is producing good fruit. However if your spirituality and worship causes you to exhibit and practice other than the Five Principles with your brother or sister in society, then we will judge that whatever you are doing in terms of your personal spirituality (”vine and fig tree”) is rotten based on the rotten fruit it is producing. We will have those who will help to reform you “vine and fig tree,” and if you do so, then fine. If not, you and your “vine and fig tree” will have to be removed (uprooted) from our garden (Trust Res), and cast out, otherwise it will cause the other trees to go rotten.

Our Moorish Flag

Our Flag: This is the Flag we inherited from our ancestors and which we use today. The star and its five (5) points stands for man or A.L.L.A.H. (an Arm, a Leg, a Leg, a Arm, a Head) The five (5) points also stands for our Five (5) Principles (see below ).

The five pointed star is a man or woman standing with arm and legs extended. If one draws a circle around the star touching all five (5) points, the circumference of that circle will denote the space, or sphere over which that brother or sister (Sovereign) has full sovereignty over. The red space beyond that circle in our flag denotes that space which we share with other Sovereigns / Gods (Trust Res / the Garden). It is in that red space beyond your personal sphere and jurisdiction in which we as Sovereigns agree to live by our One Law (see below ), and to exercise our Five (5) Principles.

One Law

The existence of hundreds of laws in a given society (most of which the people have no knowledge nor understanding of) is a sign of the decay and decline of that society.

True Sovereigns cannot and will not allow themselves to be encumbered by a multitude of laws whose purpose and origins are questionable. True Sovereigns, who live in accord with the Five (5) Principles and who have evolved into Sovereigns need only One Law, and with that One Law they will be able to live in peace and harmony with that one law, exercising the Five (5) Principles upon which it is based. The One Law being:

12 Ministries of Trust Administration

The Divine Trust’s trustees will administer the trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries via the 12 Ministries. The 12 Ministries are based on the 12 Houses of Divine Law / Life which govern every sphere of human activity. Thus by organizing the administration of the Divine Trust based on these 12 Houses of Divine Law / Life, we will leave no stone unturned, and nothing will be lacking for the members (beneficiaries) of this Divine Trust. Those who serve the trust and its beneficiaries (each of us) will serve in these 12 Ministries on a voluntary basis. The services provided will be free and provided freely. Thus those who provide these services will be doing so out of love duty as trustees, and not for money. The ministries are:

1. The Ministry of: Defense
2. The Ministry of: Treasury and Finance
3. The Ministry of: Communications
4. The Ministry of: Housing, Land Agrigcultural Management
5. The Ministry of: Music and the Arts
6. The Ministry of: Healthcare
7. The Ministry of: Diplomacy, National & International Relations
8. The Ministry of: National Archives, Records and Cemeteries
9. The Ministry of: Education
10. The Ministry of: Labor and Human Resources
11. The Ministry of: Advanced and Alternative Technologies
12. The Ministry of: Volunteer and Philanthropic Services
